Who i am

DottorKMusic belongs to a private person registered in Spain, you can take contact with us sending us a mail to [email protected].

Connections to my server are with SSL secured, the certificate will be regularly renewed. To guarantee the SSL process i certificate my site with “Let’s Encrypt”, who generates, installs and tests on the server used certificates using third party partners automatically, like Avast.
All media hosted and coming from my server over this website, will use a https connection.

You can send us a mail to [email protected] to exercise your right. You can take contact by classic Post by sending us your reclamation to the address we said at the beginning of this page.
We officially only speak Spanish, but we’ll be glad to assist you in English and German.
Try to write us in those languages to help us to understand you better.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site i collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here:
https://automattic.com/privacy/.
After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

As private website/blog, visitors are not allowed to upload any files.
All hosted media on my server are provided by me, or my partners.
Media files downloads are not allowed to the visitors, excepts, if there’s an explicit and “official” link on this site to do it.

Copyright

I (or my partners) have the Copyright from all hosted media files.

I’m a member of the spanish “Sociedad General de Autores y Editores” (SGAE), who is the main collecting society for songwriterscomposers and music publishers in Spain (Partner from AGADU, ASCAPGEMASADAICSACEM, SAYCO…), an abuse of my materials will be notified.

A Plugin registers also automatically the new content on DMCA.com

Contact forms

Contact forms are managed over HubSpot.
We’ve activated the GDPR options to be EU laws complaint, however HubSpot could retain some data for some reasons, you can check the HUBSPOT PRIVACY POLICY and the HUBSPOT COOKIE POLICY clicking on the links.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on my site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
However, you can delete this cookie if you want, using the option on your internet browser.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, the site will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Analytics

To analise the website progression I use “WordPress Jetpack”, you can check the AUTOMATTIC JETPACK’S PRIVACY POLICY on their own site.
However, we don’t use these platforms to collect private data, like for example your IP Address.

Who i share your data with

Easy: We share activelly the data with NOBODY.
All collected data is reviewed and managed only by us.
We won’t share or sell databases.
But you musst understand, we have no influence over the data collected over the third party partners plugins we use.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so the site can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), the site also stores the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold on our site about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we’re obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
All personal information about an user (if registered) is local hosted (on our server), also, nobody gets it.
